Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and support Black and Indigenous Youth of Color with neurodivergence, including ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences, through literacy education, academic coaching, social-emotional learning, and the performing arts. Through programs like the LEAP Ahead Literacy Program, we help children, families, and adult learners strengthen reading, comprehension, and writing skills so they can succeed in school and in life.
We are committed to ensuring that Black and Indigenous youth and families have access to high-quality, inclusive education that builds confidence, increases protective factors, and helps reduce the impact of trauma and systemic racism. We create safe, racially inclusive learning environments that foster creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning by leveraging our expertise and strong partnerships with local organizations.
