Current Initiatives

Our multifaceted youth program provides educational equity and holistic development opportunities for students ages 10–19 through strategic partnerships with Tri’Une Dance and Fitness Inc., A3 Athletics Inc., Tender Heart Ministries & Outreach, and Prosper Noggin, LLC. Together, we deliver a comprehensive suite of services—including fitness, dance, athletic sports clubs, academic support, tutoring, mentorship, literacy, economic development, workforce readiness, and social-emotional learning (SEL) through project-based learning and STEM initiatives.

Serving underserved youth in both urban and rural communities across Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Tennessee and Florida, our collaborative model ensures access to resources and experiences that break barriers and expand opportunity. By blending the arts, athletics, academics, and career development, we engage students in dynamic, real-world learning that promotes both personal growth and community impact.

At the heart of our approach is innovation: we combine SEL and project-based inquiry to empower students to solve authentic problems, collaborate creatively, and cultivate leadership. This process nurtures critical thinking, resilience, empathy, and self-awareness which are skills that prepare youth not only for academic achievement but also for thriving in today’s workforce and society.

Through adaptable lesson plans, expert facilitation, and consistent coaching, our program equips schools, after-school programs, and community organizations with the tools to meet the unique needs of neurodivergent, underserved, and minority youth. These innovative models are no longer optional—they are vital to bridging opportunity gaps, fostering 21st-century competencies, and preparing the next generation to flourish academically, socially, and economically.

 Our Fiscal Sponsorship Program is designed to support mission-driven organizations, LLCs, and grassroots initiatives that serve BIPOC youth in marginalized communities. By providing financial oversight, administrative support, and strategic guidance, we empower leaders and organizations to focus on their core mission—creating meaningful opportunities and equitable access to resources for the youth they serve.

1. Mission-Aligned Partnerships
   We work with organizations that share our vision of uplifting and empowering BIPOC youth. Through fiscal sponsorship, we provide a structured pathway for emerging nonprofits, community programs, and advocacy groups to receive funding, build credibility, and expand their reach while staying true to their purpose.
    
2. Administrative & Financial Stewardship
   Managing nonprofit finances can be complex. Our sponsorship program handles tax-exempt status, donation processing, and compliance oversight, allowing our partners to focus on program development, community engagement, and impact-driven initiatives without the burden of administrative hurdles.
    
3. Culturally Responsive & Equity-Focused Support
   We prioritize partnerships with organizations that understand and honor the lived experiences of BIPOC youth. Our approach ensures that funding, program design, and advocacy efforts are rooted in cultural relevance, community engagement, and equity-driven solutions that foster long-term success.
    
4. Sustainable Growth & Capacity Building
   Beyond financial management, we offer mentorship, fundraising strategies, grant assistance, and leadership development to help organizations scale their impact. Our goal is to equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to transition into independent, sustainable entities that continue serving their communities.
