Our holistic framework is grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, empowering students to overcome academic and behavioral challenges while celebrating their strengths.

Every student receives a customized learning plan based on a comprehensive assessment that evaluates their academic skills, behavioral needs, and preferred learning methods. Our ABA-based approach ensures that students receive structured, data-driven instruction with targeted interventions to maximize progress and engagement.

✅ Comprehensive Support for Grades 3-8
Serving students in grades 3-8, our program provides a seamless and structured learning journey that fosters academic growth, critical thinking, and self-advocacy skills. Whether students need foundational support or advanced learning opportunities, we tailor instruction to meet them where they are and help them excel.

✅ Flexible Learning Environments
We recognize that learning happens in different ways and settings. That’s why we offer:

• Online Coaching: Interactive virtual classrooms with engaging lessons, behavioral support, and real-time feedback.
• In-Person Support: Small-group and one-on-one sessions focused on hands-on learning, peer collaboration, and social development.

• Students who struggle in traditional school settings and need a more tailored, supportive approach.
• Families seeking an alternative learning ecosystem that values diversity, inclusivity, and individualized instruction.
• Microschools, homeschoolers, and learning pods looking for structured academic and behavioral coaching to enhance student success.

Our spaces are limited, and we strive to maintain a small student-to-coach ratio to provide the best support possible.

The L.E.A.P. Summer Reading & STEM Program is designed to ignite curiosity, strengthen academic skills, and build confidence in students through hands-on learning experiences.

L.E.A.P. (Learn, Explore, Achieve, Progress) is more than just a summer program—it’s a transformative experience that helps students combat summer learning loss while having fun. Our curriculum blends reading comprehension strategies with exciting STEM activities, ensuring that children develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

✔ Reading Reinforcement – Engaging literacy activities, book discussions, and interactive storytelling to improve reading fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary.
✔ STEM Exploration – Hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math projects designed to encourage innovation and teamwork.
✔ Project-Based Learning – Real-world applications of reading and STEM concepts to keep students motivated and inspired.
✔ Small Group & Individualized Support – Personalized instruction tailored to meet each student’s learning needs.
✔ Confidence-Building Activities – Social-emotional learning components that encourage self-expression, resilience, and leadership.

 Our Fiscal Sponsorship Program is designed to support mission-driven organizations, LLCs, and grassroots initiatives that serve BIPOC youth in marginalized communities. By providing financial oversight, administrative support, and strategic guidance, we empower leaders and organizations to focus on their core mission—creating meaningful opportunities and equitable access to resources for the youth they serve.

1. Mission-Aligned Partnerships
   We work with organizations that share our vision of uplifting and empowering BIPOC youth. Through fiscal sponsorship, we provide a structured pathway for emerging nonprofits, community programs, and advocacy groups to receive funding, build credibility, and expand their reach while staying true to their purpose.
    
2. Administrative & Financial Stewardship
   Managing nonprofit finances can be complex. Our sponsorship program handles tax-exempt status, donation processing, and compliance oversight, allowing our partners to focus on program development, community engagement, and impact-driven initiatives without the burden of administrative hurdles.
    
3. Culturally Responsive & Equity-Focused Support
   We prioritize partnerships with organizations that understand and honor the lived experiences of BIPOC youth. Our approach ensures that funding, program design, and advocacy efforts are rooted in cultural relevance, community engagement, and equity-driven solutions that foster long-term success.
    
4. Sustainable Growth & Capacity Building
   Beyond financial management, we offer mentorship, fundraising strategies, grant assistance, and leadership development to help organizations scale their impact. Our goal is to equip partners with the tools and knowledge needed to transition into independent, sustainable entities that continue serving their communities.
