CYAa is academic enrichment for neurodivergent youth

Connecting Youth Achievement Academy (CYAA) is specifically designed for Black and Indigenous People of Color, neurodivergent students in 3rd-8th grade who desires differentiated support that teaches real-world solutions that is often lacking in traditional public school. Our CYAA Learning Coaches work with parents to create an individualized learning plan based on the student's current IEP/504 plan and benchmarks. 

At CYAA, your child has the freedom to learn at their own pace, fill-in-gaps to succeed, have access to structured programming, and hands-on support and guidance for their academic success.

 In the intimate setting of a hybrid school, the importance of students cannot be overstated when it comes to building lifelong friendships. Unlike larger educational institutions, hybrid schools create an environment that fosters genuine connections and meaningful relationships among students.

Our setting encourages a culture of inclusivity. With a smaller student body, there's a greater likelihood that everyone feels seen and heard, diminishing the potential for isolation or exclusion. Students can explore their interests, express their beliefs, and form friendships based on shared values and experiences.

These deep connections often extend beyond the classroom, shaping lifelong friendships that triumphs and create bonds that withstand the test of time.
